My story at EdiliziAcrobatica starts with a letter to Father Christmas that I wrote about ten years ago when I was still living in Turin. I hung it on the Christmas tree near the Porta Nuova train station. In that letter, I expressed my desire to find a job that would encourage me to grow and if possible, in a city with offices close to the sea.
Not long after, I was contacted by EdiliziAcrobatica, and after the selection process, I was hired. At first, I worked in staff administration, but bit by bit, after working closely with Anna (Marras), I realised that the part of the work that made my heart sing was human resources.
So, after sharing my desire with Anna, she allowed me to develop it and supported me through the first selection phases. In a few months, I was doing it on my own, and I started identifying and hiring new talents in the company. I’ve been the HR Manager of the group since 2017, when I came back from maternity leave. The part of it that made (and still makes) me really happy is the opportunity to help people grow and improve themselves, revealing all the potential that they may not have known they had. Today, I lead a department made up of ten people in Italy and two in France. I still feel that same burning desire to ensure that every talent that we select for EdiliziAcrobatica can find the perfect place to blossom and reach their full potential here.
