My name is Moreno and I’m not strictly a part of EdiliziAcrobatica, I’m actually the manager of some apartment buildings in Treviso. It’s something that has always interested me since high school in 2014, when regulations came in stipulating that you had to do training to follow this profession. Seizing the opportunity, almost for fun, I started managing my first apartment building and today, seven years later, I have a well-established studio that makes me really happy. Despite the economic trends of the sector, I have one employee working with me, who I hired during lockdown.
Based on my own experience, I have to say that today, being manager of an apartment building is no longer a clinical role, far from the lives of people. Instead, we have a well-defined job, which is to provide stress-free accommodation, giving a peace of mind that residents look for. It’s a mission that is similar to EdiliziAcrobatica’s, whose operators work to ensure maximum comfort for the people living in the buildings they work on. I had often read about this company and its technique and I was fascinated by it. So, one day, when the opportunity arose, I decided to contact them, since I was so impressed.
I needed some quick and not-too-expensive work for the families that I manage and I have to say that I’m so happy that, after a period of time, I still call the teams for work on all the buildings I manage.
