You could say that I’ve always been acrobatic, even when I was a banker and I looked after companies, supporting an official, not long after graduating in IT.
But I found that job boring, it was very basic and not very exciting. A month after I got married, I decided to change my life and quit my job. I realised that I liked vehicles, and I liked companies and people, so I decided to open a car dealership. I joined a large group where I could learn all the steps in selling, administration, production, marketing and support.
That was my job for 33 years. After that experience, I could only join EdiliziAcrobatica, where I am now the general director, and continue my path doing what I love the most, looking after people, which is the first step, followed by looking after the company. The result of these two experiences, as I’ve proven over many years and continue to see today, is achieving objectives. Together.
