My name is Freddy Chang and I’ve lived in Genoa for 20 years, but I’m originally from Ecuador. Before joining EdiliziAcrobatica over ten years ago, I had always worked in the construction industry, which is also why my journey here started in the technical area, as a site assistant. Thanks to support from my colleagues and the results that I was achieving, after a few years I had the opportunity to become a site manager and therefore, a team leader.
But my growth didn’t stop there, because a few years later, the company offered me the opportunity to become an area manager, which meant that I would be managing more people on more sites. For me, it was a huge opportunity and showed how much Riccardo Iovino and Anna Marras trusted me. EdiliziAcrobatica has really revolutionised my life, both as a professional and as a man. In fact, it was here that I met my wife, Benedetta, the love of my life, who I’ve built a family with.
Now, I’m a loving father to Emilia, the apple of my eye. EdiliziAcrobatica is really my home and my family. Thanks to the people I’ve met here, I’ve grown so much that I have now been involved in opening two new areas in Liguria, where I will look after other people like me and help them grow, supporting them so that from one day to the next, they get the same results as I have. Because for us at EdiliziAcrobatica, nothing is impossible, you just need to believe in it with passion.
