Andrea De Fazio’s story
He is 26 years old, with professional experience in sales and data entry behind him. Andrea is a young man with a lot of interests and big dreams to become a business owner, managing a company in Bologna, the city he loves. Despite being very young, he certainly has good instincts for business, and with EdiliziAcrobatica®, which specialises in working at heights, this dream is becoming a reality.

They all believed in Andrea and wanted to get involved in his project of opening the Bologna branch of EdiliziAcrobatica®.
How did the adventure with EdiliziAcrobatica® begin?
“I can perfectly remember how it all started. Around a year ago, we were at dinner. Riccardo was telling me about this new and ambitious project of taking EdiliziAcrobatica®’s services to the whole of Italy, changing the way that construction is done in our country and ensuring the everyone has the opportunity to take care of their homes in the least invasive and interfering way possible. It would give owners of any kind of building the possibility to carry out necessary work quickly, with a standard of quality that always aims at excellence, avoiding the need for scaffolding and all the inconveniences it brings with it. That’s how he brought up the idea of an EdiliziAcrobatica® franchise network. Whilst he was telling me about the first developments of the project, I immediately realised that I wanted and just had to be a part of it. Naturally, I didn’t let the opportunity pass me by. In the following weeks, whilst visiting EdiliziAcrobatica®’s sites and attending the first manager meetings and training days, I felt like I was part of a family. I could feel the enthusiasm and everyone’s desire to work, and whilst listening to the details of the services, I thought that it would definitely be a huge opportunity for the city of Bologna. Adding value to my city. So, along with three other partners who believed in me, we raised the necessary funds and made a start. And now, I’m sure that together we will do great things!”
What about the EdiliziAcrobatica® franchising project attracted Andrea?
“My goal is 2 million euros of sales in the first year. The services offered by EdiliziAcrobatica® work on a large scale. In Bologna, I have had extremely positive feedback from both individuals and managers of apartment buildings, who find EdiliziAcrobatica® to be a company capable of managing the whole work process at a competitive price, quickly and completely safely. Until now, I had always seen work being done with traditional building methods. Seeing that some work could be made possible without installing scaffolding immediately made me see the advantages that it brings and the revolution that this new technology is bringing to Italy. I’m young and I can’t help but be impressed by an innovative project. But now that working with professionals, I’m seeing first-hand how much this is appreciated and searched for.”
What are Andrea’s goals?
“My goal has always been to have a business that is all mine one day. Becoming a business owner is my biggest dream. I’ve always known Riccardo Iovino and the idea of pursuing this adventure in Bologna immediately won me over. I’m convinced that it’s a significant change. It’s the launchpad for success in both work and life in general. Now that a few months have passed since the contract was signed, I can confirm that this experience is really changing my life for the better.”
