Sede: POINT ACROBATICA SESTO FIORENTINO
A gestire i lavori in quota a Sesto Fiorentino di EdiliziAcrobatica®, specializzata in interventi edili con la tecnica dei lavori edili su funi, è il giovane imprenditore Leonardo Fattori

This is the description and the story of the man who launched the second EdiliziAcrobatica® franchise, and who will guarantee the arrival of the innovative rope-access technique for construction in and around Sesto Fiorentino. It’s an innovation that the birthplace of the Renaissance and the heart of Tuscany just couldn’t miss out on.

Leonardo Fattori’s story

As well as becoming an entrepreneur with EdiliziAcrobatica®, Leonardo Fattori is a 36-year-old surveyor, husband and father to a baby boy who will soon be born. After years of experience as a Safety Co-ordinator and Construction Manager, Leonardo made good use of his skills when he started a construction company in 2010 and began investing in the property sector.

His rise to the top continued. In 2015, Leonardo decided to invest in a business in his area that encouraged him to grow and improve professionally and personally. That’s how he decided to open an EdiliziAcrobatica® franchise in the Florence area where he grew up to bring rope-access work to Sesto Fiorentino and its surroundings

Why did Leonardo choose to open an Edilizia franchise?

In 2015 alone, EdiliziAcrobatica® recorded a 75% increase in revenue and with the ever-growing franchising network of rope-access construction work, job opportunities for young people in the area are guaranteed. It’s a business formula that makes it stand out from any other similar formula in the construction industry and that convinced young determined people like Leonardo.

“After speaking to Riccardo, who shared his ideas and plans, I closely evaluated the proposal and realised that this new way of working could really be a winning formula. I’ve been working on construction sites for years, thinking that the rope-access technique will save me, and therefore my clients, from installing scaffolding. For me it’s a clear snapshot of the benefits that it has. In addition to a clear reduction in costs and time, I know that in my area what will make the difference is the minimal visual impact and the reduction in pollution, which is guaranteed thanks to cutting down on the transport that I had to bear the cost of with traditional construction methods. I 100% believe in this project and the innovative technique for carrying out construction work, and I decided to get in the game.”

But Leonardo also tells us,

“Other than the economic profits, the things that attracted me the most to this construction franchising project was the opportunity to get personalised managerial training (from a team of specialised trainers from the company Edac I-Profile – editor’s note), which will help me to develop my business skills by guiding me to achieve my economic and non-economic goals.”

Leonardo’s next goals

My goal is clear:

“I’m determined to earn a minimum total of 500,000 euros with sales of 1,500,000 in the first year.”
