Adriano and Giampiero carried out excellent and meticulous work, and even did jobs that weren’t planned for in the quote in order to significantly contribute to waterproofing the roof in a more durable way. The materials used are great quality and guarantee a watertight seal over time.
The extreme respect of safety standards put the predictable qualms of the building manager to rest, even being forced admit that they had never seen people working in construction with such professionalism.
Another aspect that I was really impressed by was the competence in the sector: when we spoke about techniques and materials, Adrian discussed the pros and cons of traditional and innovative materials with ease, recommending the most suitable ones to resolve the internal stains caused by the leaks.
To add to this, both workers showed great kindness. They were two particularly friendly people who were willing to talk and respond to the client’s requests for information (skills that are now very rare).
At the end of the work, they insisted on cleaning up the very few traces of dust that were left in the room for accessing the roof, even though I had reassured them that I could take care of it given that it was a two-minute job.
In conclusion, I’m very satisfied with the work carried out by Edilizia Acrobatica and your professionalism and willingness in organising everything, which wasn’t easy given the weather conditions we had that month.
