Dear Mr Palumbo, we wanted to thank you for the precious information that you gave us when we contacted you to start the work on the façade of our house on via S. Marta in Pisa. After that meeting, which came to a successful conclusion, we met the workers who worked for us. We can only thank everyone, in particular, John Longaron, who is extremely kind and skilled, and who doesn’t miss a trick.
We would sometimes make a request for something we needed doing and he would have already seen it and would either see to it immediately, or would already be resolving the issue. All the people under his expert leadership were meticulous and precise. He was always the soul of the team!
Thanks also go to the co-ordinator, who never forgot the materials and structures needed for the work to be carried out.
We hope that our building, which is in the centre of Pisa with a lot of cars and people going by, was a good opportunity for publicity for you.
