ENERGY ACROBATICA 110 SRL IS BORN,
THE EDILIZIACROBATICA SUBSIDIARY DEDICATED TO THE 110% SUPERBONUS
Genoa, 7 April 2021 – EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. – (“Company” or “EDAC”), a company specialised in the maintenance and renovation of buildings and other architectural structures using double safety ropes, listed on the AIM Italia segment of the Italian stock exchange (ticker symbol EDAC) and on Euronext Growth (ticker symbol ALEAC) – announces the birth of the company Energy Acrobatica 110 Srl (EA 110), with the aim of fulfilling the role of Main Contractor for projects and construction sites operating under the Italian 110% tax relief programme. The new company will be chaired by Riccardo Iovino, founder and CEO of EdiliziAcrobatica. 80% owned by EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. and 20% by Turin-based Buildings srl, a construction engineering consulting company, with a share capital of €100,000, EA 110 has chosen Tino Seminara as CEO, head of Foreign Market Development and Corporate IT and Financial Management of EdiliziAcrobatica. The newly established company will be fully operational in the coming weeks, and in its initial phase will be active in the northwestern part of Italy starting from Turin, where it is consolidating a network of partners for the execution of renovation and energy efficiency works that qualify for the 110% Superbonus programme. In its role as Main Contractor, EA110 will fully manage the project contracts, coordinating the parties involved: from the condominiums to the engineering studios that must issue energy conformity certifications, not to mention the construction companies tasked with executing the works. “The 110% Superbonus represents a great opportunity to relaunch the country’s economy system”, commented Riccardo Iovino, chairman of EA 110 and CEO of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. “From the moment it entered into force, hundreds of potential clients who administer condominiums have submitted projects that fall under this tax relief programme to EdiliziAcrobatica even though this is not really our core business.
