Acrobatica has a future-oriented perspective and aims to be ready for new challenges and to increase protection for all stakeholders.
For this reason, the company decided to adopt an Organisation, Management and Control Model, which was approved by the Board of Directors on 18 January 2022 and subsequently revised by the Board of Directors on 29 March 2023. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the Model’s implementation, a collegial Supervisory Board was appointed for a three-year term, consisting of Sara Cervetto, an external professional expert in the field of corporate criminal liability, Martina Pegazzano and Andrea Sut.
