MILLION EUROS WITH MORE THAN 56% INCREASE

Genoa, 18 February 2020 – The Board of Directors of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (“the Company” or “EDAC”), the Italian company specializing in building construction, like maintenance and
construction works of buildings and other architectural structures using the double safety rope technique, listed on the AIM Italia segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (ticker EDAC) and on
Euronext Growth (ticker ALEAC), convened today and examined the preliminary corporate revenues of the financial year ended 31 December 2019. Corporate revenues do also include figures from the French subsidiary company EdiliziAcrobatica s.a.s. Figures have not been approved by the auditing firm yet, however preliminary results show 2019 revenues from sales and services of 39,2 million euros, with more than 56% increase compared to the 2018 financial year, which ended with total revenues of 25 million euros.
On December 31 2019, the company has expanded to a total of 45 direct offices in Italy, with an increase of 1 new location compared to the 44 offices on 30 June 2019 and an increase of 6 new locations compared to the 39 offices on 31 December 2018. On the same date, the company has expanded to a total number of 33 franchised offices, which is consistent with the number of franchised offices on 30 June 2019 and with an increase of 2 units compared to the 31 franchised offices on 31 December 2018. In 2019 the first acquisition was completed in France which, following the necessary restructuring process to implement the specific company know-how, paved the way for opening two additional operating offices in Nice and Toulouse.
The 2019 financial year reported a total contract value from direct offices of 43,9 million euros (of which, 3,5 million euros from EdiliziAcrobatica France s.a.s.), with a 41,6% increase compared to 31 million Euro on 31 December 2018. On 31 December 2019, the contract value including the franchised offices was 58,2 million euros, with a 32,6% increase compared to 43,9 million euros on 31 December 2018.
