Acrobatica was named among the Innovation Leaders 2025 by L’Economia del Corriere della Sera and Statista. The award recognises Italian companies that invest in innovation and development, contributing to the country’s growth through original, sustainable solutions.

Acrobatica is among the 359 companies named “Sustainability Champions 2024/25” in the ranking compiled by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) with its media partner La Repubblica Affari & Finanza. The study is based on an independent survey of 20,000 employees at 2,150 companies in Italy. Respondents were contacted through online panels and gave their opinion anonymously on the environmental, social and economic sustainability of their employer.

IRTOP Consulting presented us with its ESG Award: this prize goes to companies that report on sustainability and achieved the best ESG scores under the scoring system devised by IRTOP Consulting for SMEs. Acrobatica won the award for implementing policies that embody the commitments undertaken by the Company in the areas of economic, environmental and social responsibility, with the aim of formally integrating ESG factors into its Business Model and making the various procedures applicable to the organisation’s activities and business relationships across the entire value chain.

We received a “LOW RISK” ESG rating from Morningstar Sustainalytics: with this rating, the agency assessed Acrobatica as being at low risk of suffering significant financial impacts from ESG factors. Acrobatica’s new ESG Risk Rating is a 7.3-point improvement on its 2022 score of 19.1 (on a scale from 100 to 0). “We are very pleased with this result,” commented Martina Pegazzano, Group Investor Relator and Sustainability Manager at Acrobatica, “which is the fruit of a Group effort that began in 2019 and remains one of our top priorities. The Group has always been committed to promoting the training of its people — we like to call ourselves a People Company.”

Confindustria Genova presented us with the Training Culture Award in memory of Marina Traverso, at the event “Towards a new corporate humanism”. The initiative rewards companies that have implemented efficient organisational and business models capable of attracting talent, in which training is a cross-cutting strategic element that keeps both companies and workers competitive. We were rewarded for our WallmanW training project, which provides continuous technical and personal training for our rope-access masons, giving each of them the opportunity to build their skills and grow professionally.

A year ago the Brand Loyalty Awards took place — the awards event organised by ADC Group for the best Italian loyalty and reward projects — where our branded content “Storie di Palazzi”, produced by CairoRCS Media for EdiliziAcrobatica, took third place. At ADC Group’s Branded Content & Entertainment Awards 2023, the series also took second place. Storie di Palazzi is a 12-episode docuseries broadcast on La7 and presented by Stefano Tiozzo, which takes viewers on a journey through Italy’s historic palazzos and buildings, telling their stories through the accounts of experts, scholars and custodians.

At the 2023 edition of the Festa della Bandiera at Palazzo Ducale in Genoa, Riccardo Iovino, founder and former CEO, was named Ambassador of Genoa to the world. “I wish to thank the City of Genoa and Mayor Marco Bucci for conferring on me the title of Ambassador of Genoa to the world. I am truly honoured to represent my city, to which I am deeply attached, and proud to do so through EdiliziAcrobatica, the company I founded 29 years ago starting right from its alleyways,” said Iovino.

Cormac Watters, Executive VP of Oracle EMEA for cloud applications, cited Acrobatica in Forbes among the winning companies in its sector for having adopted cloud applications capable of delivering back-office efficiencies and differentiating the approach to end customers. “…the applications they use are built on the same data platform, with the same underlying technology and no cumbersome interconnections […],” says Watters, “which translates into greater operational efficiency and access to new features of these applications, released by Oracle through the cloud every 90 days.”

We are proud to have been selected as one of “Italy’s Best Employers for Women 2023” by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF), in collaboration with Ubermetrics Technologies and the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF). On 31 October 2022 Riccardo Banfo — Group CFO and Chairperson of the Board of Directors — and Martina Pegazzano — Group Investor Relator & Sustainability Manager — collected the Business Excellence Award (“Premio Eccellenze d’Impresa”) in the Growth and Sustainability category, now in its ninth edition. The initiative was promoted by GEA-Consulenti di Direzione, the management magazine Harvard Business Review Italia and the asset management company Arca Fondi SGR, under the patronage of Borsa Italiana. We are proud to have received such a prestigious award, which pays tribute to our company’s strong commitment to sustainability.

Our company was confirmed as one of Italy’s Best Employers 2022/23: the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF), in partnership with La Repubblica – Affari&Finanza, compiled the fifth annual analysis of the best employers. The study analyses 27 aspects including working climate, professional development, growth prospects, sustainability and corporate values. EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. ranks among the top 400 companies, taking second place in the “Engineering, construction and infrastructure” category and earning the “Top Job – Best Employers 2022/23” quality seal.
