\nGenoa, 27 March 2020 – The Board of Directors of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (“Company” or “EDAC”), a
\ncompany specialized in double safety rope construction works, such as maintenance and renovation of
\nbuildings and other architectural structures, listed on the AIM Italia segment of the Italian Stock Exchange
\n(EDAC ticker) and on Euronext Growth (ALEAC ticker), met today under the chairmanship of Simonetta
\nSimoni and examined and approved the draft financial statements as at December 31, 2019, prepared in
\naccordance with the AIM Italia Issuers’ Regulations and in compliance with Italian accounting principles.
\nRiccardo Iovino, CEO and Founder of EDAC, commented: “2019 was a year of great growth for
\nEdiliziAcrobatica: a year that saw us, the first Italian company in our sector, give birth to the Dual Listing of
\nour share, listed since February also on the European Capital Market, Euronext Growth, traded in Paris.
\nFrance, in general, is then the country where we have concentrated our efforts of internationalization with
\nour opening of the first operational headquarters of EdiliziAcrobatica France in Perpignan, following the
\nacquisition of ETAIR – Entreprise de Travaux A\u00e9riens et d’Interventions Rapides M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, a company
\nspecialized in renovation works with double safety rope. Shortly after this first opening, we started the
\nselection of commercial technicians in other cities of the Midi (Nice, Marseille and Toulouse), which were
\nquickly put into full operational conditions. Our internationalization project is not stopping, and this year
\nwe are working to expand our technique in other cities in France and Spain.
\nComing at the present time of serious difficulties for the country, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, as
\nEdiliziAcrobatica we have put all our strength and determination to continue to be operational and
\nproductive. We have therefore immediately started the procedures for the opening of a service dedicated
\nto environmental sanitation, responding to the pressing demands of our customers, investing in the
\nacquisition of machinery, detergents, and safety devices for personnel.
\nI have always considered the difficulties I have encountered as an entrepreneur, as a stimulus to grow and
\nrenew the company: as an essential run-up to make a wider leap into the future. Today, EdiliziAcrobatica is,
\nonce again, intercepting the needs of the market to meet them efficiently and quickly.
\nThe responsibility that I feel as an entrepreneur, towards my employees and collaborators and their
\nfamilies, towards investors, as well as towards my country, is an ethical principle that has guided me since I
