\nCooptation of the Independent Director Paolo Rav\u00e0 to replace him
\nof the resigning Director Andrea Bottino
\nGenoa, 13 January 2020 – EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (the “Company” or “EDAC”), a company specialized in
\ndouble safety rope construction works, such as maintenance and renovation of buildings and other
\narchitectural structures, listed on the AIM Italia market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana (ticker:
\nEDAC) and Euronext Growth (ticker ALEAC), announces that the Board of Directors, which met today, coopted as independent director Paolo Rav\u00e0 to replace Andrea Bottino, who resigned for personal reasons by
\nletter dated December 16, 2019.
\nThe Board of Directors has taken note of Mr. Bottino’s resignation and would also like to express its
\nheartfelt thanks for his valuable contribution.
\nPaolo Rav\u00e0, who from today joins EDAC’s Board of Directors, as an independent director, has a proven
\ntrack record in M&A consulting activities for national and international companies and since 2017 he has
\nheld the position of Chairman of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Genoa.
\nThe Board of Directors, with the approval of the Board of Statutory Auditors, has assessed the existence of
\nall the necessary requirements for the performance of this office, as well as the existence of the
\nrequirements of independence.
\nThe full text of the Director’s curriculum vitae is available to shareholders at the Company’s registered
\noffice.
\nPursuant to Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code and the Articles of Association in force, the new Director
\nwill remain in office until the next Shareholders’ Meeting.
