APPOINTS CARLO SIROMBO NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER<br \/>\nGenoa, November 14, 2019 &#8211; In view of the time of strong growth and international expansion of<br \/>\nEdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A., a leading company in Italy and Europe in the field of double safety rope operating<br \/>\nconstruction, the management of the group announces that it has appointed Carlo Sirombo as CFO.<br \/>\nSirombo, who succeeds Michael Baldassarre, has been chosen for his high standing and past experience as<br \/>\nCFO, which he held from 2015 to 2018 for Axactor Italy S.p.A. (Axactor Group Norway); from 2001 to 2007<br \/>\nfor Saint Gobain Sekurit and Saint Gobain Glass S.p.A. (French multinational); from 1999 to 2001 for Agnesi<br \/>\n1824 S.p.A. (Colussi Group); from 1997 to 1999 for Audisio S.p.A. (CSM, Dutch Multinational).
