\nEDILIZIACROBATICA CONTINUES TO GROW AND OPENS ITS SECOND SEAT IN FRANCE
\nThe value of sales of direct operations in the period January – August 2019 amounted to Euro 29.5 million
\ncompared to Euro 18.9 million in the same period of 2018, an increase of 56%.
\n\u2022 The value of sales including franchised operating areas in the period January – August 2019
\namounted to Euro 39 million compared to Euro 27.2 million in the same period of 2018, an increase
\nof 43%.
\n\u2022 August 2019 recorded a value of sales of the direct operating sites equal to Euro 1.6 million
\ncompared to Euro 1.6 million in August 2018, substantially breakeven.
\n\u2022 The value of sales, including franchised operating locations, recorded in August 2019 was Euro 2.1
\nmillion compared to Euro 2.1 million in August 2018, also breaking even.
\n\u2022 As at 31 August 2019, the direct operating offices reached 46, with an increase of 7 units compared
\nto 39 as at 31 December 2018, including the new operating headquarters in Toulouse. As at 31
\nAugust 2019, the number of franchised operating offices reached 35, an increase of 4 units
\ncompared to the 31 registered as at 31 December 2018.
\nIt was a very positive month of August for EdiliziAcrobatica which, despite the summer period, continued to
\nachieve important results.
\nFrom the point of view of equity performance, the stock maintained a very interesting growth trend, to the
\npoint of being mentioned several times on financial blogs and in the trade press, as one of those not to be
\nmissed and to be purchased. At the same time EdiliziAcrobatica, and in particular its founder and CEO,
\nRiccardo Iovino, not even a year after its listing on AIM and a few months after Euronext Growth, were
\nincluded in the list drawn up by Milano Finanza of the so-called ‘paperoni italiani’.
\nThe sponsorship operation of Torino FC, which will see EdiliziAcrobatica back the team’s jersey sponsor for
\nthe entire 2019\/2020 championship, has also brought new visibility and new business contacts to the
\ncompany, confirming that the marketing strategy strongly desired by Anna Marras, partner and member of
\nthe Board of Directors to which this delicate sector also belongs, has proved to be successful.
