The placement price of the Ordinary Shares was set at Euro 3.33 with a capitalisation<br \/>\nof the Company at the date of commencement of trading of approximately Euro 21.7 million (Euro 25.7<br \/>\nmillion, including the Price Adjustment Shares) and a capitalisation of approximately Euro 2.7 million.<br \/>\nfree float equal to 23.5% of the Company&#8217;s share capital (excluding the Price Adjustment Shares) (25.3%<br \/>\nassuming full exercise of the greenshoe option and excluding the Price Adjustment Shares).<br \/>\nRiccardo Iovino, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EDAC, commented: &#8220;We are really very pleased<br \/>\nwith this day which has been an emotional day for each of us.
