HOW WE CARRY OUT THE INTERVENTION

In the works of maintenance or renovation of ceilings, the operators of EdiliziAcrobatica® follow the phases of work normally foreseen in a renovation work of balconies, operating with the double rope access without the need for scaffolding. The technicians, through a first free inspection, assess the extent of the damage and identify the right procedure to follow for allowing people to return to use the external space of the house as soon as possible.

In the case of only superficial damage, a simple reactivation of the plaster is carried out, in cases where the damage is deeper, a more complex operation must be carried out. In a first phase, the acrobatic masons perform a picketing with removal of the parts being detached. If necessary, they process the reinforcing rods by brushing and, in addition, their passivation with anti-rust converters.

In a second phase, the cleaning of the bottom and the reconstruction of the removed parts are performed, using the thixotropic and fiber-reinforced smoothing restoring mortar. Once the surface has dried, the painting is completed, using a protective paint for exteriors.
