project for the admission to trading of EDAC ordinary shares on AIM Italia/Mercato Alternativo del Capitale,
a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.. “With the listing on the AIM
segment of the Italian Stock Exchange – commented Riccardo Iovino – EdiliziAcrobatica will be able to
accelerate its development plan also through growth by external lines and continue that growth path that –
through a business model focused on the selection and training of human resources and control through a
sophisticated computer system that analyses historical series of datas – has allowed it to reach, in 2017, 40
locations, direct or franchising, throughout the country”. In the listing process EDAC will be assisted by
