Genoa, November 14, 2019 – In view of the time of strong growth and international expansion of
EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A., a leading company in Italy and Europe in the field of double safety rope operating
construction, the management of the group announces that it has appointed Carlo Sirombo as CFO.
Sirombo, who succeeds Michael Baldassarre, has been chosen for his high standing and past experience as
CFO, which he held from 2015 to 2018 for Axactor Italy S.p.A. (Axactor Group Norway); from 2001 to 2007
for Saint Gobain Sekurit and Saint Gobain Glass S.p.A. (French multinational); from 1999 to 2001 for Agnesi
1824 S.p.A. (Colussi Group); from 1997 to 1999 for Audisio S.p.A. (CSM, Dutch Multinational). Between
2007 and 2015, Carlo Sirombo also served as director of the administration and general affairs area of
