ALEAC) presented today the Calendar of the main corporate events for the financial year 2020, in compliance with article 17 of the AIM Italia Regulations.
• 27 March 2020- Board Meeting to approve the Company Balance Sheet for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.
• 28 April 2020 – Shareholders’ Meeting to approve the Company Balance Sheet for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.
• 25 September 2020 – Board Meeting to approve the Financial Statemenet for the Six Months period ending 30 June 2020.
