EDILIZIACROBATICA S.p.A.: 2021 STARTS STRONG
WITH REVENUES UP 61.5% IN THE FIRST QUARTER
- Revenues as at 31 March 2021 equal to €14.4 million, +61.5% compared to €8.9 million as at 31 March 2020
- Total volume of services provided in Italian construction sites up 63.9%
Genoa, 6 May 2021 – Riccardo Iovino, CEO of EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A. (“Company” or “EDAC”), met today with the Board of Directors to present the data relating to the value of the Company’s production, not subjected to statutory audit, and its national and international expansion.
Specifically, revenues for the first quarter amounted to approximately €14.4 million, an increase of 61.5% compared to the corresponding figure of the previous year, equal to €8.9 million. As explained by Iovino: “The development of business in Italy was favoured by the introduction of the 90% Façade Bonus incentive included in the Relaunch Decree to stimulate building improvement works”.
Moreover, there was a positive trend in the total volume of services provided in Italian construction sites, which saw an increase of approximately 63.9%. Riccardo Iovino further noted: “This is the best demonstration of the Company’s ability to execute even in a particularly difficult market such as that of the first months of 2021, still heavily influenced by the Covid-19 emergency”.
In Italy, direct operating construction sites reached 65 as at 31 March 2021, up by 6 compared to 59 as at 31 December 2020.
Regarding the French subsidiary EdiliziAcrobatica France Sas, revenues from sales and services recorded by the company in Q1 2021 amounted to approximately €0.8 million, in line with the corresponding period of 2020.
