HOW WE MANAGE THE RECRUITMENT

Having the right team is essential for the growth of a company, that is the reason why we pay so much attention and care in the research and selection of our staff and collaborators. We use innovative tools for the selection and, starting from the analysis of the business needs, our experts carry out a screening of potential candidates. Once the right person has been identified, he starts a placement period in which the resource is followed up and trained, so that he can get to give its best and really make the difference.

Thanks to the I-Profile test, our main recruitement tool developed by OSM International Group, we are able to understand not only the skills but also the improving areas for each candidate and with the internal training, we can help persons to grow every day and to get more and more satisfied.

 

VALORISATION AND TRAINING OF HUMAN RESOURCES

We periodically carry out training activities with four classes per month for all employees and five classes per month for rope operators. A training that is not only technical, but also highly motivational, because we deal subjects of great value such as self improvement, leadership and causality.

Theoretical part and practical part are performed by expet teachers in meeting rooms and proper equipped gymnasiums. Each class includes assessment and satisfaction tests according to the AIFOS directives. In fact, through the continuous training, operators are constantly supported and followed, while the activities are monitored by a filling form system and a new building site management that is  completely computerized

All this highlights the value we attribute to the persons and also reflects the way we take care of our customers, because we want them to see us as a solid reference point and a company able to supply solutions for every need.
