The Group, leader in Italy in working at height with rope access, firmly believes that the key to success of any company is strictly connected to the self-fulfilment of all its employees, for this reason the flagship of EdiliziAcrobatica®’s philosophy is the valorization of human resources.

Our staff is composed by a group of motivated people who work every day with passion and dedication. They are linked by sharing the same ethical values despite their differences. What we have learned over many years is that living following solid precepts leads to success, they give motivation, positive charge, self-confidence and goal achievement.

In EdiliziAcrobatica® we created not only an innovative way of building thanks to rope access, but also a positive work environment where everyone, from the rope worker to the surveyor, from the administrative employee to the manager, has the possibility to get realized, because only by fulfilling individually its people, a company can develop and improve.

Our care and attention to human resources have rewarded us so much that, even throughout the hardest years of construction industry crisis, when there were more closures than new companies, EdiliziAcrobatica® kept on growing exponentially. This is demonstrated by numbers: over 300 employees and collaborators and 45 offices in the main Italian cities, direct and franchised. And the growth continues: our company is always looking for new workers and managers in order to open new branch offices all over Italy through the revolutionary project of the first franchise of working at height with double safety rope access.

Thanks to the cooperation with the company EDAC I-Profile, we constantly organise targeted courses and today we can count on a network of highly skilled and motivated employees and cooperators, ensuring an excellent standard of quality, service and safety on site.
